Leaves on a Stream
This exercise is a short mindfulness meditation that can enable the listener to employ present moment, observation skills. The theory is that when we can make room for and or notice difficult thoughts as they arise then we can develop better cognitive control and reduce our stress levels.

Dropping anchor is a mindfulness concept focused on expanding one’s awareness and making space for difficult thoughts and feelings whilst being aware of and fully present to one’s surroundings. The benefit of dropping anchor is that it can reduce the frequency and intensity of your symptoms.
